Flashers

Waytek offers both electronic and mechanical LED flashers, each in two or three pin configurations. Our replacement automotive light bulb technology has come a long way over the course of the last few years. The problem is that they have gotten so efficient, that even electronic LED flashers that once worked now don't.

Standard mechanical LED flashers operate based on the electrical current flowing through it and one of the benefits of LED lights is the reduced current required by them. Therefore you have less current running through your flasher and that current is outside the old flasher’s set parameters. This can cause the flasher to operate erratically, flashing too fast or too slow. To address this, we now offer new flashers made specifically for LED bulbs. Some of these flashers do not need a grounded connection.
