Ring Terminals

Ring terminals connect two or more wires to a single connection point, such as a circuit protection device.

Ring terminals are often used in the automotive industry and are ideal for connecting mechanical relays or contactors to engines or other automotive circuits.

Waytek offers ring terminals in butted seams that are serrated on the barrel for extra grip and easy insertion of electrical wire. We also stock ring terminals with brazed seams, similar to butted seam, but offers extra strength for crimping in any position around the barrel.

When selecting the right ring terminal for your application, you should know the wire gauge and stud size to which you will be connecting the ring terminal. You will also want to keep in mind the connection environment in order to determine which type of insulation you will want to use.
